Mighty offers Doula Drop In Hours on the 3rd Tuesday of each month from 1:00pm-3:00pm. Our Doula Drop In is available for any community members of the public to drop in and ask questions related to labor, birth, postpartum, receive support, get guidance on comfort measures & coping skills, work on a birth plan or inquire about what a doula can support with! We will also provide referrals to resources & other birth work providers to best support your journey!

This is cost free and open to expecting community members. There is no appointment necessary. A virtual link can be provided upon request.
