Childbirth Education Classes by Mighty Community Advocacy

Mighty Community Advocacy is offering Childbirth Education classes every other month. These are 2 ½ hour classes in the evening from 6:00pm-8:30pm, with breaks. We welcome your birthing support people, such as your partner, your mother, friend, etc.

These classes will cover the following topics…

  • Physiological Childbirth

  • Medical Interventions

  • Postpartum

  • Feeding Basics

  • Know your Birth Rights

Childbirth Education classes are free of cost to Mighty Doula clients, and a sliding scale range for community members between the amount of $25.00-$50.00.

Mighty's End of Year Intentional Rest

We take a month-long rest period at the end of the year to honor our commitment to abolitionist principles, recognizing that rest is a radical act of resistance against oppressive systems that exploit and dehumanize, allowing us to heal, recharge, and sustain our collective struggle for liberation. This is essential to sustaining our integrity and our work.
